Cancellation Policy

Coworking & Serviced Offices:
If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the scheduled time of use, the advance paid will be fully refunded. If cancellation is made between 15-30 days prior to the scheduled time of use, 50% of the advance paid will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 15 days from the scheduled time of use, no amount shall be refundable by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited.

Meeting Rooms and Virtual Offices:
If cancellation is made within 3 days from the scheduled time of use, no amount shall be refunded by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited.
If cancellation is made between 3 to 7 days of the scheduled time of use, 50% of the advance paid will be refunded.
If cancellation is made 8 days prior to the scheduled time of use, the advance paid by the User will be fully refunded by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited.

In case of a breach of any terms and conditions of the Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited-User Agreement by the User, Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited shall have the right to terminate the agreement and/or deny access to Co-work Space and all its facilities for the User. Such termination or denial of access shall automatically result in cancellation by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited, and any refund to the User, if applicable, shall be at the sole discretion of Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited.

In the case of cancellation of Co-work Space and all its facilities, either by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited or the User, the same shall also mean cancellation of services, amenities, products, etc. offered by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited.

In case of any cancellation, the current service tax rate of 18% on the advance will be retained by Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited as it is to be paid by it to the concerned authorities. The Credit Card/Debit Card charges and/or any other applicable taxes or charges on the amount not refunded to the User shall be charged to the User.

The refund will be made within 14 working days via online transfer.

Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.

The booking is not officially cancelled until the User receives a cancellation confirmation through E-mail/SMS/Notification from Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited. In case confirmation of cancellation is not received by the User, it shall be the duty of the User to contact and inform Vayuhu Solutions Private Limited about the same.

Return or Exchange Policy:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days past the purchase date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@vayuhu.com. The refund processing time is 14 working days after receiving the refund/exchange request.
